No Employment Relationship:
Contractors are independent businesses and not employees or agents of Pool Pros Connect.
Customer Responsibilities:
Customers agree to provide accurate information and maintain safe access to equipment areas.
Maintenance Program:
Membership plans may include inspections, maintenance visits, cleanings, and equipment evaluations.
Scheduling:
Customers agree to cooperate with scheduling and provide reasonable property access during service windows.
Cancellations:
Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in delays or additional service fees.
Payment Terms:
Customers authorize invoicing for approved services, maintenance plans, repairs, or upgrades.
Liability Limitation:
Pool Pros Connect is not liable for indirect damages, pre-existing conditions, or contractor negligence beyond applicable legal limits.
Termination:
Memberships may be suspended or terminated for fraud, unsafe conditions, abuse, or non-payment.
Important Notice:
Homeowner consents to phone, SMS, and email communication for service coordination, updates,and billing.
