No Exclusivity:
Pool Pros Connect does not guarantee lead volume or exclusive territories unless stated in writing.
Indemnification:
Contractors agree to indemnify Pool Pros Connect against claims related to contractor work or negligence.
Termination:
Participation may be suspended or terminated for complaints, insurance lapses, unsafe conduct, or policy violations.
