The Hayward Universal HC Series is a compact dual-fuel gas heater family offered in 275,000 and 400,000 BTU sizes. Both use 84%-efficient cupro-nickel heat exchangers, premix low-NOx combustion, reversible plumbing, and field-convertible natural-gas/propane operation. Current OmniX variants add connected controls and app-based monitoring while retaining the same core HC heating platform.
